DRE Premium 2

Price: $ 875

DRE Premium 2 is a framed interior door with wood-based structural members and 4 mm MAT DRE glass. The glazed design gives the doorway a visual connection between rooms while retaining a defined surrounding frame surface. DRE lists Premium 0–3 as the glass-panel models within the broader Premium collection, so Premium 2 should be selected as its own illustrated arrangement rather than confused with the HDF-insert variants elsewhere in the range. The glass, leaf finish, and surrounding frame can be coordinated with the wall and adjoining interior. A matte pane and a transparent pane create different relationships to the room beyond, making the glazing choice part of the door’s design as well as its specification.

MAT DRE is the standard glass, with brown DECORMAT, graphite DECORMAT, or transparent panes available as listed alternatives. Choose the appearance according to the visual separation wanted at the opening. The rebated hinged assembly uses three screw-in hinges and a frame suited to that arrangement. A non-rebated hinged version is prepared for recessed Estetic 80 hinges and has its own lock choices. The reverse-rebate option uses Estetic 1821 preparation and is limited to specified matte and oak-look decors in the 2,043 mm height standard. Include that finish limitation when selecting the opening direction. Regular-key, bathroom, cylinder, and latch-only functions are listed for the corresponding hinged configurations.

Premium 2 also supports a sliding selection and separately ordered paired assemblies. A sliding leaf needs the appropriate pulls and/or hook lock with the matching mechanism. The Premium collection appears in DRE’s SL pocket-cassette list, but SL requires the specifically prepared upper edge and a lock-free compatible leaf. Its restrictions on glazed or paneled slab construction must be checked against the actual ordered model and preparation. A pocket configuration therefore needs confirmation before the wall is completed, including the cassette variant and finishing boards. Paired hinged doors require both leaves and the matching meeting detail. These choices change the assembly and should remain distinct from the published one-leaf starting configuration.

Specifications: Manufacturer: DRE, Poland; model: Premium 2; application: framed glazed interior door; structural members: wood-based boards; standard glass: 4 mm MAT DRE. Listed pane alternatives: brown DECORMAT, graphite DECORMAT, or transparent. Arrangements include rebated hinged, non-rebated hinged, permitted reverse-rebate, sliding, or paired assemblies. Nominal single-leaf codes: 60–100; paired ranges depend on the edge arrangement. SL pocket use is conditional on a compatible lock-free leaf with required upper machining and compliance with the cassette restrictions. The starting amount covers one leaf without frame or handle; additional leaves, meeting details, sliding or pocket mechanisms, and finishing components are selected separately.
